Andrew Touchstone secured an award for $15,000.00 against a Philadelphia law firm for Subrogation funds that were improperly distributed despite notice of Workers Compensation lien under Section 319 of The Act. A Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas trial resulted in a verdict in favor of Subrogation Partners Inc. and Reliance Ins. against Segal,Wolf, Berk Gaines & Liss. |
