Andrew K. Touchstone

After graduating from Lehigh University, Mr. Touchstone received his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law in 1988. He served a judicial clerkship with Hon. Albert W. Sheppard, Jr. in Philadelphia. He joined Swartz, Campbell & Detweiler in the workers' compensation department and became a partner in 1994. In 2003 he was recruited by a boutique business litigation firm to round out their litigation services. He resigned his partnership there in order to form Touchstone & Associates in 2005. Mr. Touchstone has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and has argued before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and Supreme Court.

Andrew is an avid waterfowl hunter and an active member of the Ducks Unlimited and the Sierra Club. He is on the board of the Merian Square Scout House and coaches youth lacrosse in the Ashbee league.

Mr. Touchstone is a licensed manager of professional boxers and a licensed sports agent. These licenses are issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Athletic Commission. For inquiries regarding boxing or sports agent representation please contact us. Mr. Touchstone has relationships with and works closely with some of the top promoters in the region.

Michael Bauerle

Mr. Bauerle has over 15 years experience litigating workers' compensation claims. He attended Temple University Law School and Penn State University.

Lincoln Meyers

Mr. Meyers received his law degree from the University of Tulsa and his bachelor's degree from George Washington University. He has over 20 years litigation experience.
